RETURN POLICY

- To start a return, please you must first contact: info@thailuxatelier.com with all the specifications about your return or exchange, plus your order number and we will get back to you within 1-2 business day(s).

- We have a 7-day refund policy, for unwanted products
which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

- Unless is a defective item after 7 days of purchase Thailux do not do refunds, a credit will be issued after receiving the item to exchange, your item must not be washed or altered in any way, please return your online order in its original condition, original box and tags within 30 days of receiving.

- SWIMWEAR  EXCHANGE:  Swimwear it must be unused with complete original packaging, tags and protection tapes.

- Return shipping charges will be customer responsibility, unless you return a faulty item, if this is the case please Contact info@thailuxatelier.com immediately within 7 days after receiving the faulty item for a return or exchange.

- Refunds and exchanges may take 2-4 weeks to process.
